Blueberry Crisp

Ingredients

Filling
  • 1 T butter (softened)
  • 16 oz fresh blueberries
  • 1/3 c sugar
  • 1 T AP flour
  • 1/2 t cinnamon
  • Crisp
  • 3/4 c AP flour
  • 1/4 c brown sugar
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/4 c butter (melted)
  • 1 T sugar
  • Directions

    1. Preheat over to 350.
    2. Spread butter on bottom of a 9 inch deep dish pie pan.
    3. Combine remaining Filling ingredients in a bowl and pour into pie pan.
    4. Using the same bowl, combine Crisp flour, sugar and salt.
    5. Pour melted butter over dry ingredients and use fingers to mix (should resemble course sand).
    6. Sprinkle mixture evenly over Filling.
    7. Sprinkle sugar over top.
    8. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until filling in bubbly and topping is slightly browned.
    9. Serve.
